Molly Rogers 
Molly Rogers completed her MFA in Dance at UC Irvine, where she focused her studies in dance history and contemporary ballet choreography. Though ballet is the foundation of her dance training, her love of flamenco during the past five years has brought her to study with master teachers in Spain and throughout California.
Molly discovered pilates when multiple injuries forced her to find a low-impact exercise routine. While completing her certification with Jill Cassady’s Pilates Technique, she was intrigued by how a deeper knowledge of body mechanics changed the way she approached both her dance classes and daily movement tasks. As a pilates instructor she strives to help her clients develop greater self-awareness, self-confidence, and ease of movement while nurturing life-long habits for physical well-being.
